We're looking for a Producer who can bridge creativity with business needs. You'll guide creative teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality. You'll balance artistic ambition with production realities—knowing when to push for polish and when to ship.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of animation projects.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with directors, animators, editors, and writers to maintain creative vision while meeting deadlines.
- Quality Judgement: Evaluate shots, edits, and sequences—decide where to invest extra effort and when a piece is ready for release.
- Prioritization & Trade-Offs: Balance creative excellence with budget and time constraints; make informed calls that protect both quality and business goals.
- Team Coordination: Track progress, flag bottlenecks, and keep communication clear across creative and production teams.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide producers and executives with clear updates on status, risks, and solutions.
- Process Improvement: Develop repeatable workflows, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency across projects.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of production management/supervision in animation, VFX, film, or related creative industries.
- Strong grasp of storytelling fundamentals and production pipelines.

Product Manager (Bengaluru)
We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Product Manager to help bring our vision to life. You'll be at the center of our product development process—owning the roadmap, aligning teams, and delivering real value to both internal creators and external users.
You will need to show evidence of strong strategic thinking and clear communication, but you don't stop at PRD. You are ready to vibe code prototypes, and do what it takes to bring products to life. You'll need strong user empathy, bias for action, and the ability to stay calm and focused in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
What You'll Do
- Own product development from problem discovery to shipped features

Animation Project Manager (Bengaluru)
We're looking for an Animation Project Manager to own production timelines and collaborate with creative teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
What You'll Do
- Own the production timeline: Track and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to final delivery ensuring shows are delivered on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with creators: Partner closely with the creative team of video producers to identify project steps, interdependencies, risks, and opportunities to bring visibility into the production process.
- Keep leadership informed: Provide clear, concise project updates to the executive team, flag risks early, and maintain visibility into deadlines and dependencies.
- Be a creative problem-solver: Proactively surface and unblock challenges in collaboration with the creative and technical teams.
- Build structure: Help us refine our production systems, documentation, and internal processes as we scale.
You're a Great Fit If You…
- Have 5 years of experience as a project manager in a studio environment—ideally with animation, games, or other creator-driven IP.
- Are fluent in working with creative teams—you understand the rhythms and realities of production and respect the space creators need to do great work.
- Are comfortable using Linear, Google Docs, and Slack.
- Communicate with clarity, calm, and confidence across all levels—from creative contributors to executive stakeholders.

Junior Animation Artist - Generalist (Bengaluru)
As a Junior Animation Artist, you'll work closely with our post-production and animation teams to assemble cuts, refine pacing, and shape scenes with voiceover, sound, and music. You're passionate about storytelling, detail-oriented, and excited to learn from a fast-moving team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their editing career who's eager to build real-world experience across multiple stages of production, including animated and mixed-media content.
What You'll Do
- Assist with assembling and editing scenes based on storyboards, scripts, and animation passes
- Sync voiceover and music to visual timing
- Cut short-form and serialized content for YouTube, social, or internal pilots
- Add basic titles, transitions, and sound effects
- Collaborate with editors and directors to polish sequences and take cuts from rough to refined
- Keep files and projects organized for team-wide collaboration
- Take feedback with a growth mindset and iterate quickly
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience (or portfolio/reel demonstrating editing skill and taste)
- Solid understanding of pacing, timing, and rhythm—especially in animated or narrative content

Full Stack Engineer (Bengaluru)
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is eager to build systems from the ground up. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both frontend applications and backend infrastructure that power our AI-driven video generation and processing pipelines. As an early team member, you will help shape our technology foundation and influence key architectural decisions in a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-performance React applications with efficient rendering for complex, media-heavy UIs.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure supporting video/audio processing and AI integration.
- Develop data pipelines for AI model training, inference, and post-processing workflows.
- Ensure smooth performance, scalability, and reliability across frontend and backend systems.
